Good morning! We are Christian and Ying.​

We created this restaurant in 2019 after long months
reflection and refinement of this
project.
The idea was to offer healthy cuisine
and seasonal, revisiting the idea of poké
bowl with that unique touch that
characterizes.
Products and foods that we do not
would not be found in any other brand
of this kind, a changing map over time
seasons and products sourced from
local and responsible way.

Ying, who is the manager but also the
cook, has 20 years of experience
in the catering sector
Japanese, a real asset for a
large oriented poké bowl restaurant
part around the fish, and therefore the
quality of its preparation.
Also having experience
at Biocoop, this fiber and this will
to share good, sourced products
locally, qualitative and seasonal have
therefore quite naturally paved the way for
the opening of our very first
restaurant.
